Job Title: Initial Meeting / Assessment Officer
Responsible to: Clinical Lead
Salary/Grade: £24,694.80 based on a 30 hour week rising to £25,428.00 after successful completion of probationary period (pro rata for 24 hours or job share)
Annual leave: 28 days per annum (plus public holidays) – pro rata for part time
Hours: 24 – 30 hours per week. Job share option available.
Base: RASASC NW Centres, Bangor and / or Rhyl
Closing Date: 6th December 2024

• This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
• This post is subject to a six month probation period.
• The post holder must be currently eligible to work in the UK.
• The post holder must hold a full UK Driving licence and applicants should note that the role may require travel across North Wales
