Coffee and Cake

These informal drop-in sessions run in 8 week cycles at different times in the year.

They provide a safe space to come meet other survivors, have time for a chat and unwind. It can be a place to share cooking tips, recipes, DIY hacks, exercise routines, recommended reads, the latest ‘must watch’ and more. It is not a counselling session.

Each week will have an activity / theme assigned so you know what to expect.

We will announce Coffee & Cake sessions on our social media platforms and on our newsletter, so subscribe so you don’t miss out!
